Returns Policy

We extend a return window of 14 days from the date of your purchase. Should this period elapse, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange for your item.

For a return to be viable, the product should remain unused and in the same impeccable condition as when you initially received it. Moreover, it should be packaged in its original form. 

Kindly note that certain merchandise is ineligible for return. This includes perishable goods and consumables like cat food, cat grass, cat fountain filter, as well as cat litter, which cannot be accepted for return. Additionally, we are unable to process returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items are also non-returnable:

-Gift cards

-Downloadable software products

-Select health and personal care items

In order to facilitate your return process, please ensure you provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly request that you refrain from directing your return to the manufacturer.

Occasionally, partial refunds may be granted in specific situations (where applicable):

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.

Returns made more than 30 days following the date of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming the safe arrival of your return. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or denial of your refund request. Once approved, the refund will be processed, with the credited amount reflecting on your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Should a refund be outstanding, kindly verify your bank account once more. If necessary, you may also wish to contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially processed. Similarly, contacting your bank is advised, given the usual processing period for refunds. Sale Items (if applicable)

Please be advised that exclusively regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be accommodated for refunds.

Gifts

In the instance where an item was designated as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, the value of your return will be issued as a gift credit. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be dispatched to your address.

Should the item not have been designated as a gift during purchase, or if the gift provider had the order delivered to their own address for subsequent gifting, a refund will be initiated to the original purchaser, thereby informing them of the return.

Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Regrettably, shipping costs are non-refundable. Consequently, in the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For items valued over $100, it is recommended to consider utilizing a traceable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
