Important Note:
Visiting any of our warehouses requires a prior appointment. To schedule a Pick Up Time Slot, please email us at customerservice.au@michupet.com. We will confirm with you as soon as possible.
Authorize To Leave
To avoid missed deliveries or if you are usually at work and not at home, you may authorize us to leave your package. The courier will place the package in a safe location, for example, at the front door for a standalone house, or in the Mail Room for apartments. All you need to do is emailing us, quoting your name and order number, and we will make a note of your request.
